Edward
Martoglio is one of three founders of the
RPM Development Group and is now the sole principal
of the Company. Since its inception in 1986, Ed
has been active in all aspects of RPM’s business,
including development, construction and management.
Prior to 1986, he was a tax attorney with the Internal
Revenue Service/District Counsel's Office.
Ed has served on a variety of committees formed
by various State Agencies focusing on urban revitalization.
He frequently speaks at conferences focusing on
housing and economic development.
Ed is passionate about RPM's role in providing safe,
energy efficient and beautiful housing for low income
families. The value of RPM’s work is visible
not only through the quality of the housing they
provide, but also through the beauty it lends to
urban neighborhoods. In addition to his commitment
to developing, building and operating quality housing
in urban communities, Ed is committed that RPM provide
its employees and others with meaningful work that
share his enthusiasm for RPM's mission.
Ed is married with four children and is a resident
of Essex County. He is an active member of the Unitarian
Church of Montclair and enjoys traveling, reading
and all types of fitness activities. |

Michael
Knab is Vice President for the RPM Development
Group where he obtains planning approvals and
financing for housing developments. He received
a B.S. in Public Policy Analysis from Cornell
University 1992 and a M.B.A. in Finance with Beta
Gamma Sigma honors from Rutgers University in
2003. Since 1992, Mr. Knab has financed affordable
and conventional housing, and obtained experience
with federal, state and local housing programs,
at Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City,
the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, GMAC Commercial
Mortgage and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage
Finance Agency. At NJHMFA, he participated in
the design and administration of the Low Income
Housing Tax Credit Program for six years. He implemented
market study guidelines and was the Manager of
Tax Credit Allocations at the time of his departure.
Mike enjoys golf, volleyball, and spending time
with his wife, Jean, and sons, Zack and Jake.

Ellen
Pignatello is the Director of Property
Management for the RPM Development Group. She
has been associated with the Company since 1992.
Her responsibilities include human resource management;
employee benefits administration; and Director
of Operations for RPM Management, LLC.
As Director of Operations, she supervises and
coordinates all office support staff and maintenance
employees for RPM properties. Ms. Pignatello is
RPM’s liaison for all tenants located in
rental units managed by RPM, comprising tenant
screening, lease up, rent receipts, and collection
proceedings in landlord tenant and bankruptcy
courts. Yearly she has attended tax credit seminars
sponsored by New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance
Agency. She is responsible for income verification
and resolving tenant-related issues involving
State, County and Municipal Housing Authorities.
She enjoys snorkeling and jogging; she is married

Tamara
Loatman is Director of Compliance for
RPM Development Group. She received a B.A. from
the University of Virginia in 1996 and a J.D.
from Howard University School of Law in 2001.
She is licensed to practice law in New York State
and will sit for the New Jersey State bar examination
in July.
Subsequent to graduating from law school, she
was recruited to a top-three law firm in New York
City where she performed estate-planning work
for high net worth clients. Ms. Loatman has also
worked as a landlord/tenant attorney where she
advocated on behalf of low-income tenants in the
District of Columbia, and has gained experience
closing loans while working for a residential
real estate law firm in New Jersey, and later
as a mortgage closer for a mortgage company in
New York. While at the mortgage company, she trained
incoming employees and was later appointed the
team leader responsible for addressing legal and
compliance issues and ensuring her team’s
mortgage loans were closed in a manner consistent
with regulatory lending guidelines.

Karen
Westervelt is Controller for the RPM
Development Group. She received a B.B.A. from
Pace University in 1988. For the past ten years
she has worked in both public accounting and private
industry with a concentration in Real Estate.
Her responsibilities have included financial reporting
and accounting for residential and commercial
real estate as well as construction and development.
This includes four years as Senior Accountant
with a real estate firm that specialized in management.
Ms. Tanis was responsible for the management of
staff, the preparation and review of financial
reports and budgets, and supervision of accounts
payable and receivable activity. She was also
responsible for maintaining payroll and all other
financial documentation for the Human Resource
Division.
Prior to joining RPM, Ms. Tanis was the controller
for a division of an international manufacturer
where her primary challenge was to convert the
company to an integrated computer accounting system.
She was also responsible for identifying all business
transactions and creating procedures for implementation
with the new computer system.
She is married to Mark and has a stepdaughter,

Nancy
Roulette is Director of Leasing for the
RPM Development Group. She received an A. A. in
Liberal Arts degree from Manhattan Community College
in 1976 and a B.S. from Rutgers University in
1988. She has been involved in real estate for
the past twelve years and for the last seven years
has specialized in the affordable housing arena.
Her prior experience included relocation of tenants
from areas targeted for redevelopment. She specialized
in placing Section 8 tenants and coordinated services
with various governmental agencies. Ms. Roulette
also sold residential and commercial real estate
throughout Essex County.
Nancy enjoys listening to music and is a member
of Hope Worldwide. She has been married to Curtis
for twenty years, and they have
one daughter, Ajaiah. An inspirational quotation

Rhys
T. Williams joined RPM Contracting, LLC
as Project Manager in 1997 with over 20 years
experience in the construction industry. He attended
Norwich University in Vermont. As Project Manager
for Integrated Construction in Belleville, New
Jersey, Mr. Williams gained experience in rehabilitation
of historic structures. His duties included preparation
of proposals, estimating and construction management
for various developments throughout New Jersey.
In his capacity as Project Manager, Mr. Williams
worked closely with the New Jersey Historic Trust.
Mr. Williams is a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity
in Essex County. The organization provides construction
assistance to low income families. He is currently
a Project Manager for the organization.
Rhys enjoys working with Habitat for Humanity
in Newark. He is married and has one son and two

Joseph
Storm is a Project Manager for RPM Contracting,
LLC. He graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory
High School and attended Montclair University.
Mr. Storm has been with RPM since 1987 and has
been involved in general construction for the
past 22 years. Prior to joining RPM he was self-employed.
Mr. Storm has renovated numerous structures including
residential homes, multi-family buildings, and
commercial/office space.

James
Class is a Project Manager for RPM Contracting,
LLC. He received a B.A. from Thomas Edison State
College and has a technical degree from the Chubb
Institute. Mr. Class came to RPM with experience
in building maintenance management. He has been
with RPM for four years and has been trained as
the assistant project manager in the construction
and rehabilitation of RPM’s multi-family and
commercial buildings. Mr. Class is an OSHA certified
safety officer and has created and managed the Health
and Safety programs as well as the Affirmative Action
programs for RPM. He has been closely involved in
the financial management of each of the RPM projects
including the formulation and management of contracts,
requisitions, and budgets. He has provided many
of the technical functions required for construction
such as setting up all utility accounts for the
projects, formulating heating and cooling load calculations
for the buildings, and expediting all city permits,
bonds, and inspections. |

Dennis
Grasso joined RPM Development in January
of 2004. He is the Director of Construction at
RPM Development. Before joining RPM, he worked
with affordable housing in New York and as Project
Manager for Parkchester South Condominium. Dennis
graduated from Pratt Institute, School of Architecture
and is a registered architect in New Jersey. He
is currently working on all of RPM construction
projects.
He enjoys spending time with his children, coaching
their little league teams, music, and traveling.
He is married to Christine and has four children—
Raquel, Gianni, Vincente, and Salvatore.

Adrienne
Pavur joined RPM Development in December
1998. She is the Construction Administrator of
RPM Development. Prior to joining RPM she was
a Director of Music. She has worked on numerous
projects at RPM including Bakery Village, Cherry
Tree Village and Bostwick Court. Her current projects
include Brick Church Commons and South Essex Court.
She enjoys listening to music, traveling, and
visiting with her sister.

Brenda
Johnson-Carey, a compliance supervisor
at RPM Development, joined in June of 1998. Before
working at RPM, she worked in the recertification
department at the Washington NHP Foundation.

include writing and cooking.

Yolanda
Jordan is a leasing agent at RPM Development
and joined in March of 2003. Prior to joining
RPM, she worked for a management company. She
looks forward to taking on RPM’s current
and future projects.
Yolanda hobbies include reading, traveling, cooking,
and shopping. She recommends reading Sacred Contract
by Carolyn Bliss because it taught her to pay
more attention to herself and what life is all
about. It helped her to find out what she should
be doing with her life and how to do it. She has

Linda
Halligan is a paralegal and executive
assistant to Ed Martoglio. She is a graduate of
Berkeley College, and prior to joining RPM Development
in 1998 worked in one of the state’s leading
law firms.
Her responsibilities have included numerous closings
with the Department of Community Affairs, New
Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, County
of Essex, Federal Home Loan Bank,
Fleet Bank, and Thrift Institutions Community
Investment Corporation of New Jersey. She has
handled commercial and residential closings for
such developments as Amity Homes, Bostwick Court,
Cherry Tree Village, Dr. King Plaza, Fairview
Village, Millennium Homes and Springfield Commons.
Linda is married to Edward and has three children.
She enjoys traveling, music, cooking, and volunteer
work. She is looking forward to having her golden
retriever certified as a therapy dog.

Rubens joined RPM Development in August
2002. Prior to working as a recertification specialist
at RPM, she worked in customer service. Her past

Saidaih
Fullilove is a leasing agent for RPM
Development. Before joining RPM in July of 2002,
she worked with a real estate appraiser. Her past
projects include Cherry Tree Village, Dr. King
Plaza, and she is currently working on Brick Church
Commons.
She likes to cook, read, and is involve with
community service. Being a mentor to young has
been very rewarding. She has one son and a daughter.

Diane
Ziskin joined RPM Development as a paralegal
in August 2004 following a 24 year career at The
Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company. At Mutual
Benefit Life Diane was assigned to the real estate
section of the Law Division, first as the administrative
assistant to the Chief Real Estate Investment
Counsel and the Assistant General Counsel, and
then as a paralegal, following receipt of her
paralegal certificate from Farleigh Dickinson
University in
1990.
Diane has broad experience in residential and
commercial real estate development, title review,
sales and financing. At RPM she is currently assigned
to the Amity Homes II and Brick Church Commons
projects.
Diane and her husband, Gary, reside in Nutley,
with their six year old twins, Zachary and Priscilla.
She enjoys travel, reading, music and accompanying
her children to their school and sports activities.

Brendan
McBride is a native of Collingswood, New Jersey.
He graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with
a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. He currently
resides in the Fairview section of Camden.
Before joining RPM in the spring of 2003, Mr. McBride
worked primarily in low-income and special needs housing
developments in New York City. At Common Ground Community,
a nonprofit housing developer, Mr. McBride managed the
renovation of the Prince George Hotel, resulting in
the conversion of an abandoned hotel into 416 units
of low-income and special needs housing with ground
floor retail. His responsibilities at Common Ground
also included the management of a pre-apprenticeship
construction training program for formerly homeless
New Yorkers, as well as the development of an innovative
transitional housing project for long-term street homeless.
Mr. McBride has also done community development work
with the Latino and Latin American immigrant community.
As Migrant Outreach Coordinator at Southern Jersey Family
Medical Centers, Mr. McBride managed a team of outreach
workers who served as the link between migrant farmworkers
and local community health centers.
Mr. McBride is Project Manager of RPM’s Camden
and Trenton offices, and is responsible on a local level
for all sales and development activities in the Camden
and Trenton areas.
Brendan enjoys cooking for friends and family, spending
time biking, being outdoors, and traveling to places
that no one has ever heard of.

Mariatu
Turay is a Project Assistant at RPM Development.
Prior to joining RPM in June of 2003, she was a student
at Rutgers University. She is currently working on Fairview
Village Homes.
Mariatu loves to read, workout, run, do yoga and kendo.
She is married to Keith Kirkland. She recommends reading
Tuesdays with Morrie because it’s a gift
to all that read it.
Pam
Corker-Wade joined RPM Development in February
of 2004 as the Sales Coordinator of Belvidere Square
Homes in Trenton. Before joining RPM she was a Mortgage
Consultant. She has worked on Fairview Village and is
currently working on Belvidere Square Homes.
She enjoys planting, reading, listening to music, and
spending time with her family. She is married to Vincent
and has one son, V.J. Pam’s inspiring quotation
