RPM’s Development division turns ideas into realities, having secured the financing and approvals for buildings and redevelopment initiatives that represent hundreds of millions in community investment across New Jersey. RPM’s Development team is skilled at financing projects with a mix of funding sources that includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, state and municipal funds, federal stimulus funding, Federal Home Loan Bank AHP funds, and other sources of capital funding. RPM has deep experience collaborating with municipalities, state government, local authorities, and nonprofits to bring developments to fruition, and has secured funding for single-site and scattered-site projects as well as multi-phase neighborhood redevelopment initiatives.


Since 1991, RPM Contracting has built thousands of units of high-quality affordable housing in cities and suburbs throughout New Jersey, taking on challenging projects ranging from the construction of new multifamily buildings and single-family homes to the rehabilitation of historic buildings and the conversion of industrial structures to residential use. RPM Contracting’s employees bring a wide range of experience to the company and have made it one of the premier builders of affordable housing in the state.  RPM Contracting has been a leader in building “green,” with numerous awards for sustainability, including LEED-Platinum certification, the U.S. Green Building Council's highest rating—a first in the state of New Jersey.  Essential to all of RPM Contracting’s work is a network of consultants with a long history of bringing their expertise to the table.


RPM’s Residential Leasing division is skilled at helping applicants to become RPM residents, simultaneously ensuring all funding compliance requirements are met. Recognizing that a home is a family’s foundation, we work one-on-one with applicants to walk them through the steps of finding and securing a high-quality place to live.


RPM Management draws on two decades of experience to ensure that RPM residences are pleasant places to live and assets to surrounding communities. With our team of property managers, maintenance staff, and live-in superintendents, RPM Management takes pride in maintaining the high quality of RPM’s portfolio. RPM Management has been a multi-year recipient of the Excellence in Housing Management award from the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA).


RPM’s Commercial Leasing Division has leased hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space in communities statewide; tenants have included restaurants, community organizations, banks, and government agencies. We have also incorporated high-quality commercial spaces into a number of our projects, recognizing that successful commercial tenants can play a major role in increasing the positive impact of residential redevelopment.
