Belvidere Village represented a comprehensive effort to promote mixed-income homeownership in the Canal Banks neighborhood of Trenton, invigorate the real estate market, and preserve the architectural heritage of this historic area. RPM renovated historic structures and built new infill housing and sold these 37 homes to first time homebuyers of a wide range of incomes, revitalizing this neighborhood less than a mile from the heart of downtown Trenton and the historic Battle Monument. The project received the NJHMFA Excellence in Housing Award for Outstanding New Affordable Housing Development in 2006.
