Grand Central is RPM’s newest development in Orange, NJ.  The project is transforming an underutilized downtown site into high-quality affordable housing for low and very low-income households and serves as an anchor for the revitalization of downtown Orange, NJ.  Incorporating advanced energy-saving techniques and technologies, Grand Central is poised to be the affordable building with the lowest energy consumption for its size in the state of NJ. This project will consist of a single three story building containing 70 apartments.
