Richardson Lofts will revitalize a jewelry factory into an 8-story 67 unit mixed income project in downtown Newark.  This project aims to restore the existing brick, terra cotta, and spiral staircase to preserve the old world charm and distinguishing character. Open floor plans, lofted ceilings, a rooftop garden, and spectacular views of New York City and Downtown Newark make a great addition to the community.  The building features an energy-efficient design in accordance with the EPA Energy-Star Program requirements, and will incorporate a number of sustainability measures in the interest of seeking LEED certification.
