In 2008, RPM transformed the turn-of-the-century CV Refrigeration factory in Trenton, New Jersey into a 37-unit affordable housing development. Vacant for over a decade previous to RPM’s involvement, the project is an excellent example of the adaptive re-use of a historic structure, featuring high ceilings, strategic use of natural lighting, and the preservation of historic details of the formerly industrial building.
