Completed in 1996, the Lincoln Avenue Apartments complex consists of two rehabilitated multi-family buildings in Orange, New Jersey. The project provides 68 affordable housing units, including fourteen units designated for the disabled and frail elderly. In 1997, HUD awarded RPM Development's Lincoln Avenue Apartments the John Gunther Blue Ribbon Practice Award, commending the project as one of the most innovative examples of community development nationwide.
