Recognizing the importance of having a secure, comfortable home, RPM builds and manages apartment complexes that are high-quality, secure, and pleasant places to live, while remaining affordable to families with a range of incomes. From renovated historic buildings in urban centers to new buildings in suburban towns, we offer apartment communities in eight towns and cities across New Jersey. RPM apartments often include amenities such as stainless steel appliances and energy-efficient central heating/air conditioning, as well as access to common building amenities like private parking and activity spaces. Unit sizes are typically one to three bedrooms. Demand is high for RPM apartments, so we recommend you contact us as soon as possible if you are interested in renting an apartment. All applicants are subject to a screening and application review process. Minimum and maximum income restrictions may apply.
