Ed is one of three founders of the RPM Development Group and is now the sole principal of the Company. Since its inception in 1986, Ed has been active in all aspects of RPM’s business, including development, construction and management. Prior to 1986, he was a tax attorney with the Internal Revenue Service/District Counsel's Office. Ed has served on a variety of committees formed by various State Agencies focusing on urban revitalization. He frequently speaks at conferences focusing on housing and economic development. Ed is passionate about RPM's role in providing safe, energy efficient and beautiful housing for low income families. The value of RPM’s work is visible not only through the quality of the housing they provide, but also through the beauty it lends to urban neighborhoods. In addition to his commitment to developing, building and operating quality housing in urban communities, Ed is committed that RPM provide its employees and others with meaningful work that share his enthusiasm for RPM's mission. Ed is married with four children and is a resident of Essex County. He is an active member of the Unitarian Church of Montclair and enjoys traveling, reading and all types of fitness activities.

Michael is the Vice President of Development at RPM, where he has financed affordable housing developments since 2004. He received a Bachelor's degree in public policy analysis from Cornell University and a Master's degree in finance from Rutgers University. Prior to joining RPM, Mike financed affordable and conventional housing at Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. At NJHMFA, he participated in the design and administration of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program for six years.
Mike enjoys outdoor recreation activities with his family and coaching his two sons. He is proud of the quality of housing that RPM plans, builds and maintains.
Adrienne joined RPM Development in 1998 and is Vice President of Construction Accounting and Capital Management. Her responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of Construction and Development Accounting as well as daily Cash Management activities for those entities. This includes reviewing budgets for all construction projects, coordinating external audits as required, communicating with investors on funding issues and monitoring Accounts Payable and Receivable activity.
A native of Pittsburgh, Adrienne is also an accomplished organist, having received her doctoral degree from the Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester.
For enjoyment, Adrienne likes traveling, reading, and the cinema.
Kevin Kavanaugh is Vice President of development at RPM. Kevin brings over 15 years of professional real estate experience to RPM. He began his real estate career financing commercial real estate at Lehman Brothers and GMAC. He has been working in affordable housing finance for the past 10 years. At RPM, Kevin is responsible for all phases of home ownership and rental developments; from finding the land to making sure lease-up or sale of the units is done in accordance with RPM’s agreements. In addition to arranging the financing for developments, Kevin is responsible for oversight of operations in RPM’s Camden office. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Cornell University.
When he is not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, whitewater kayaking, cooking and photography.
Joanne joined RPM Development Group in April 2009 as Controller for RPM Rental Properties. Her responsibilities include the financial control of all rental properties, preparation and control of RPM's Operating Plan, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulatory requirements, the coordination of external audits and the financial reporting to investor groups. Prior to joining RPM, Joanne worked as a controller and other financial positions for K. Hovnanian Enterprises, Pulte Homes and The Kleiner Group. Joanne attended Villanova University and Seton Hall University and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Finance.
is the Director of Property Management for the RPM Development Group. She has been associated with the Company since 1992. Her responsibilities include human resource management; employee benefits administration; and Director of Operations for RPM Management, LLC.
As Director of Operations, she supervises and coordinates all office support staff and maintenance employees for RPM properties. Ms. Pignatello is RPM’s liaison for all tenants located in rental units managed by RPM, comprising tenant screening, lease up, rent receipts, and collection proceedings in landlord tenant and bankruptcy courts. Yearly she has attended tax credit seminars sponsored by New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency. She is responsible for income verification and resolving tenant-related issues involving State, County and Municipal Housing Authorities.
She enjoys snorkeling and jogging; she is married and has three children.
Steve is the Director of RPM's Property Management Group and is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and compliance of all properties developed and owned by RPM since 2004. He attended Columbia University and has been active for over 25 years in the real estate business. Steve, a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and New Jersey, has a background in commercial, retail, residential and multi-family sales from which he developed an interest and an opportunity to manage the properties he sold for the new owners. Prior to joining RPM, Steve managed the NJ Portfolio of Section 8 and LIHTC properties for a large NY based developer and syndicator of investment tax credits for the development of affordable housing.
Steve is married with three children and a dog. Steve, in his spare time enjoys bike riding, fencing, playing tennis and Golf, swimming and having barbecues. His hobbies include cooking, gardening, woodworking, and photography, music and playing guitar.
One of Steve's favorite quotations is an ancient Sanskrit proverb, "Today well lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow, a vision of hope."

Brendan is Vice President of Development at RPM. A native of South Jersey, Brendan previously directed the development and implementation of multifamily rental and for-sale projects for RPM from 2003-2006 in Camden, Trenton, and Newark, NJ. After graduate school and research on affordable housing in Latin America, Brendan returned to RPM in 2008 to work on the development of projects in Newark, Orange, and Franklin Twp., and works on finding and developing new projects for RPM. He received his M.S. in Urban Development and Housing Studies from Erasmus University in the Netherlands and his B.A. from Amherst College, and likes to practice yoga, bicycle, cook, and travel to places that no one has ever heard of.
Antoinette Carminucci joined RPM as Human Resource Administrator in 2000. Prior to joining RPM, Antoinette was Director of Pension Services for Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, where she worked for over 17 years. A graduate of Montclair State University , Antoinette is responsible for overseeing all aspects of RPM 's total employee package, including administering employee benefits, coordinating company health & safety regulations, payroll administration, and publishing RPM 's monthly news bulletin. Antoinette is married with two children. Her hobbies include reading, baking and traveling.
Frank Casciano joined RPM in 2009, and serves as General Counsel. He is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School. Frank previously held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at MBL Life Assurance Corporation and also served as Vice President and Chief Insurance Counsel at CIT Group, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children.
